#Video – Are Tinder users really singles in the search for love?

Last Update : October 6, 2017

When the location-based app Tinder appeared a few years ago, the main idea was to allow singles in specific areas to chat with each other after showing mutual interest.

Nowadays Tinder is has become one of the most popular dating apps in the market, especially the less serious dating market.

This infographic shows in detail the kind of relationships you can find on Tinder.

One of the main concerns is if Tinder is really used by single people looking for a story that can lead to a more stable relationship.

There is the common assumption that the app is mainly used for hook-ups and that you can even find cheaters among its users.

After researching about Tinder, we found out that half of its users (54%) are currently single, and that only 2 out of every 10 users are looking for an adventure.

It also remarkable that at least 13% of the relationships reported last more than one month.

We can assume, after having a look at the findings, that the relationship expectations of the people using the platform are very mixed.

If you are single, and looking for a date, a hook-up, a long-lasting relationship or even friendship, this is the right place for you.

At the same time, if you already are in an open relationship looking for friends or something not that serious, it seems there is place in there for you too.

At the end, it’s all about connecting people.
