Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast (chopped)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • Pepper and salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

Cut the chicken into cubes. In a large pot, pour a few drops of olive oil and brown the chicken on a high heat. Add the (finely chopped) onion and cook it over a high heat for another 5 minutes stirring it often. After that, add honey and cover the pot while putting down the heat to its lowest temperature, for another 10 minutes.
Finally,add the almonds and then raise the heat slightly to let it cook for 3 minutes.
Season it and serve.
