- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 200g of kale
- 100 g of pumpkin seeds
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ red onion
Cut the red onion as small as you want and add all the ingredient in a bowl. Whisk together the olive oil and the lemon juice.
Season it and serve it.
