A recipe to boost spring romance
This refreshing and light recipe will, however, amaze your date thanks to the powerful effects of the cardamon.

- 3 tomatoes (halves)
- ¼ cup of chiles
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon of cardamon
- A bunch of Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Put the tomatoes in halves and cut the chiles into small pieces.
In a large bowl put together tomatoes and chiles. Add the garlic (finely grated), the lemon juice, a spoon of oil and the cardamon. Mix it and season it. You can top it up with cilantro (finely cut).
