Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of capers
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 2 slices of lemon

Preparation

On a preheated pan coat the salmon with olive oil at high heat. Let it cook for approx. 3 minutes and add the capers and the salt and pepper.
Make sure you turn the salmon over and let it cook for another 5 minutes until it becomes brown. You can check with a fork that the inside of the salmon is also cooked.
Serve with the slices of lemon.
